Orders placed on the website will ship immediately within 1-3 business days via UPS Ground. If you'd like to place an order for a future date please email orders@landsdownunder.com.

Exchanges
We accept one exchange of unopened merchandise sold directly from our web store, landsdownunder.com within 10 business days of receipt of the merchandise. A customer may initiate up to one exchange per calendar year. The customer is required to contact us to initiate the process either by phone 1-800-790-0332 or email – orders@landsdownunder.com. Shipping the item for exchange is the responsibility of the purchaser but we will ship the exchanged item to you at our expense. Should you wish to exchange for an item at a higher or lower cost, we will adjust your bill accordingly.
Returns
Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise in original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To maintain the quality, integrity, and hygiene of our products, items must be unused, unwashed, and remain in their original packaging. Items that have been opened, removed from packaging, or handled are not eligible for return.
Customers may initiate up to two returns per calendar year for reimbursement; additional returns will be issued as store credit only.
Returns must be authorized in advance. The customer is required to contact us to initiate the process either by email at orders@landsdownunder.com or via the Returns Authorization Form on shipping-returns.
Once your return has been authorized, we will provide a prepaid UPS label to drop off at your nearest location. A $20 fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and processing.
Items returned without authorization will not be credited back and will be the responsibility of the shipper.
How to Return:
Item should be returned exactly as received — not folded, but flat — and ideally in original packaging or similar, without compromising the integrity of the item in any way.
Holiday Return Policy:
Items purchased between December 10th and January 1st are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
Sale Items:
All sale items are final and not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
U.S. Orders:
Free shipping applies to UPS Ground retail orders in the continental U.S. only.
Non-continental U.S. Orders:
For retail orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat shipping rate of $30 will be applied to purchase total. These orders ship by USPS.
International Orders:
For international retail orders, a flat shipping rate of $55.00 will be applied to purchase total. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all duties and taxes resulting from the purchase. These orders ship by USPS and can take as long as 14 days to deliver. Tracking will be provided.
Canada retail orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $45.00 to the purchase total. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all duties and taxes resulting from the purchase. These orders ship by USPS and can take as long as 14 days to deliver. Tracking will be provided.
