Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. We accept returns of unopened merchandise sold directly from our web store, landsdownunder.com within 7 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Your account will be credited less our 20% administrative/restocking fee. Shipping for returns is purchaser's responsibility.

All items marked down for final sale will not be accepted for return. All sales are final.

International Orders:

At this time, we ship retail orders to the United States and Canada. All orders shipped to Canada should use the Canadian shipping option on our order form. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all Canadian duties and taxes resulting from the purchase.
